          Bryan M. Cates 
          President/ CEO

As President | Chief Executive Officer of Solway Construction, Bryan's mission is to exceed industry standards in regards to quality, verification, and customer experience. He interacts with clients with integrity and values their choice to trust Solway Construction with their project. Bryan has served as the CEO of corporations that specialize in construction, project management, and development, since 2001. During this time he has successfully guided over a thousand properties and projects to successful outcomes for satisfied clients.

         Jim A. Pontones
        Project Manager

Jim has built and supervised the on-site completion of well over a 1,000 single family homes and projects in Brevard County. Industry experts consider him a master craftsman and builder.  He is a third generation builder with over 30 years of experience.  Today he personally inspects every project to verify it is in conformance to building code and requirements while meeting the 100% quality Solway standard. He literally signs his name on every Solway Home. Jim’s goal is that clients will be beyond satisfied and that clients would recommend Solway Construction to their family and friends.

         Brett A. Bures
​         Commercial General Contractor-Supervisor

​Brett’s significant knowledge and experience ensure all Solway Construction projects are built to the Florida Building Code. Over the last 14 years as Florida residential and commercial building inspector he has had final approval and issued Certificate of Occupancies on over 5,000 structures in Florida. He has also completed well over 10,000 inspections for new construction projects including; Underground Plumbing, Slab Pre Pour, Tie Beam, Roof Sheathing, Engineering/Uplift, Framing, Lentil/Block, Stucco Wire Lathe, Drywall, Pre-Power, Final Approval, Drainage. Brett brings over 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience and expertise to the Solway Team.

         Kimberly A. Rebec
​         Director of Operations

Kimberly Rebec, Director of Operations, has 20 years of progressively responsible experience in: commercial and residential construction management; and retail management. A graduate of the University of Missouri, her focus on project management helps Solway meet customer needs on time and on budget. She supervises all phases of operations including scheduling, office management, technology and financials.
